Produits Alimentaires Berthelet Inc. was delighted to present the finals of the Nappe Blanche Culinary Challenge on March 23, 2015.
The competition was aimed at culinary schools in Quebec. To qualify, participants vied to create the best sauce prepared using our Nappe Blanche demi-glace sauce mix, and serve it appetisingly with a meat of their choice. Three teams made it to the finals from several participating schools throughout the province.
The six winners shared a prize of $2,500 and each received a Santelli brand knife worth $60. The two first place winners also won the official Nappe Blanche Culinary Challenge jacket.
