Asian Tofu Soup

500 ml

cooked vermicelli rice

15 ml

soy sauce


green onion, sliced

1 l

Berthelet Signature chicken broth, prepared (32 g powder and 1 L boiling water)

400 g

firm tofu, cubed

15 ml

lime zest

15 ml

fresh ginger, minced

15 ml

toasted sesame oil

125 ml

julienned carrot

125 ml

broccoli florets

250 ml

bok choy, sliced


Step 1
Cook vermicelli according to package directions and divide between four bowls.

Step 2
Bring chicken broth to a boil, add soy sauce and sesame oil.

Step 3
Add vegetables and ginger, cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Using a ladle, pour soup over noodles, add 100 g cooked tofu to each bowl, garnish with sliced green onion and lime zest.

Tips : 
Spice lovers can add a pinch of our sriracha seasoning to the broth before serving.

The tofu can be substituted for chicken or any other meat.
