BBQ, Honey and Lime Chicken Breasts

skinless chicken breasts, 180-200 g each

15 ml

Berthelet Signature BBQ RUB seasoning

15 ml

liquid honey

15 ml

lime juice

15 ml

chopped chives


Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the rub, the honey and the lime juice. Cover the chicken breasts with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for minimum 1 hour

Step 2
On a hot grill, cook the chicken breasts for 8 to 9 minutes on each side, until the chicken is well cooked through

Step 3
Decorate with chopped chives

Marination :1 hour
