Beef and mushroom soup

of Berthelet Professional beef Low Sodium Soup Base

500 ml

of sliced button mushrooms

200 g

of extra-lean ground beef


onion, diced

15 ml

olive oil

5 ml

of Berthelet Five Forks Zaatar Mix

15 ml

of chopped parsley

To taste

Freshly ground pepper to taste


Step 1
Add the oil to a pan and sauté the ground beef and onion.

Step 2
Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.

Step 3
Add the water, powdered broth base and Zaatar mix. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes or so.

Step 4
Serve and garnish with ground black pepper and chopped parsley.
