homemade or store-bought chocolate cake

125 ml

Berthelet signature Dessert filling Cherry

250 ml

Berthelet Signature Vanilla Instant mousse mix (37 g of powder and 125 ml milk)

15 ml

black chocolate shavings


Step 1
Prepare the vanilla mousse according to the instructions and fill into a pastry bag

Step 2
Cut the cake in two horizontally

Step 3
Spread the cherry garnishes on one of the slices of cake and top with the second slice

Step 4
With the pastry bag, garnish the top of the cake with the vanilla mousse

Step 5
Cut the cake into 4 equal parts, sprinkle with chocolate shavings
