pork chops with bone, about 180-200 g each

30 ml

Berthelet 5 Forks New Orleans spicy Bourbon Spice Rub

10 ml

chives, chopped


Step 1
In a dish, rub the pork chops with the rub. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Step 2
Cook the pork chops on a hot grill for 5 to 6 minutes (slightly pink) on each side or until desired cooking level is obtained

Step 3
Decorate with chopped chives

Marination: 1 hour
