Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and cool. Step 2 Combine with the other ingredients, apart from the oil. Step 3 Shape 4 patties (about 100 g each). Season the patties with salt and black pepper. In a pan, fry in oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat until browned. Step 4 Serve with your favourite burger buns and sauces.
