of Berthelet Powdered Turkey Gravy Mix

freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

125 ml

of frozen cranberries

5 ml

vegetable oil


Step 1
Add the vegetable oil to a pan and sweat the shallots.

Step 2
Add 750 ml of water and bring to the boil.

Step 3
In a bowl, add the turkey sauce mix to 250 ml of cold water. Add the preparation to the boiling water. Stir and bring to the boil. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Add the maple syrup and cranberries and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with ground black pepper.
