Crusted Salmon with Steak Spices and Maple

salmon filets

30 ml

maple syrup

15 ml

Berthelet 5 forks Maple Montreal-style Steak spices

5 ml

fresh chives, chopped


Step 1
Place the salmon (150 g each) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Step 2
Brush the salmon with the steak spice

Step 3
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes (slightly pink)

Step 4
Plate the salmon and garnish with the chives
