Greek style Zucchini Cakes

small onion, finely chopped

flour

30 ml

milk

15 ml

Berthelet’s 5 Forks Greek seasoning

45 ml

olive oil

Directions

Step 1
Grate zucchinis and drain them in a tea cloth to remove most of water.

Step 2
In a bowl, mix zucchinis with the other ingredients, except olive oil.

Step 3
Form cakes the size of a cookie.

Step 4
Brown in a skillet on both sides until they are golden.

Tip: Serve with tzatziki sauce
