of minced beef


large onion, diced

100 ml

of white wine

30 ml

of finely diced green onion

500 ml

of water

of Berthelet Professional Beef Low Sodium Insant Sauce Mix

30 ml

of vegetable oil

5 ml

of Berthelet Five Forks Chimichurri Mix


Step 1
Mix the powdered sauce mix and water in a pan. While stirring, heat until the mix comes to a boil. Remove from the heat.

Step 2
In a pan, heat half of the oil over a medium heat. Fry the hamburger patties for 5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through. Remove from the heat and keep warm.

Step 3
In the same pan, add the remaining vegetable oil and, while stirring constantly, brown the onions until they are caramelized.

Step 4
Deglaze the onions with white wine and reduce by half, add the Chimichurri Mix and beef sauce and mix well.

Step 5
Place the hamburger patties in the sauce to reheat them. Plate the patties and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with diced green onion.
