of Berthelet Signature Culinary Cream Sauce Base

of Berthelet Piri Piri Mix

5 ml

of Dijon mustard

500 ml

of strong cheddar cheese, grated

125 ml

of cooked bacon, chopped

125 ml

of Panko-style breadcrumbs


Étape 1
Following the manufacturer’s instructions, cook the macaroni, drain and set aside.

Étape 2
In a pot, add the culinary cream base to the water, mix and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat.

Étape 3
Add the cooked macaroni, mustard and piri piri mix to the pot and mix thoroughly.

Étape 4
Spread the mixture out on an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the breadcrumbs and bacon on top and bake at 205 °C (400 °F) until the top is golden brown.
