Ingredients

vegetable oil

rice vinegar, not seasoned

15 ml

black sesame seeds, Berthelet 5 Forks

45 ml

honey

15 ml

Asian broth base, Berthelet Signature

5 ml

chopped fresh ginger

15 ml

finely chopped green shallot

Directions

Marinade for meat and fish*

Ideal for barbecued salmon, bluefin tuna, chicken brochette, chicken thigh, pork.

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and place in the fridge.

Step 2

Marinate meat or fish for 2 hours, covered, in the fridge, before cooking. Can be prepared the day before.

 

Salad Dressing*

Mix in your favorite salad. For example: cucumber salad, cole slaw, spinach salad, Poke Bowl.

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour on your salad.

* Keeps for a week in the fridge.
