lime juice

honey

soy sauce

sesame oil

Korean BBQ seasoning, Berthelet 5 Forks

Directions

Marinade for meat and fish*

Ideal for barbecued tenderloin, porc brochette, chicken tigh, porc bulgogi, ribs, shrimps.

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and place in the fridge.

Step 2

Marinate meat or fish for 2 hours, covered, in the fridge, before cooking. Can be prepared the day before.

 

Salad Dressing*

Mix in your favorite salad. For example: carrot salad, cole slaw, Boston lettuce, celeriac.

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour on your salad.

* Keeps for a week in the fridge.
