Piri Piri Shrimp

deveined large shrimp

30 ml

olive oil or canola oil

30 ml

lime juice

10 ml

Berthelet 5 Forks Piri Piri mix

15 ml

fresh coriander, chopped


Step 1
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 1 hour

Step 2
Cook on a hot grill or a Barbecue

Step 3
Grill the shrimp for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side and serve

Marination: 1 hour


Tips: to add a bit of spice to the shrimp, add an extra teaspoon of our Piri Piri mix

For some extra freshness, serve with sour cream mixed with a touch of lime
