Dijon mustard

250 ml

Step 1
Mix the spices, the butter and the mustard, spread onto the beef

Step 2
Put the beef in an oven-safe cooking dish, pour in the broth

Step 3
Cook in the oven at 425 degrees F for about 1 hr (20 min per lb), for medium cooking level


Tip: to maintain tenderness, let rest for 10 minutes before cutting
