Step 1
Cook the vegetables in the oil

Step 2
Add the beef and cook for about 10 minutes while breaking up the meat

Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients

Step 4
Set to simmer for about 2 hours, stir occasionally during the cooking time

Step 5
Add pepper


Tip 1: replace the meat with diced tofu to make a vegetarian sauce
