Directions

Step 1
Mix the ground beef with the shallot and 2 teaspoons of Tennessee Rub, form into 4 burger patties

Step 2
Cook the patties in a pan or on the grill about 7 minutes on each side (cooked through)

Step 3
For the burger sauce, mix 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of sour cream with 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Tennessee Rub

Step 4
Stack the patties on the bottom half of a warm Hamburger bun. Top with a slice of cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce and 1 tablespoon of burger sauce
