Vegetarian burger with beetroot

small raw beetroots, peeled and grated

small raw carrots, peeled and grated

small white onion, diced

of quinoa, cooked and drained

of Berthelet Garam Masala mix

of Berthelet Professional 100% plant based EZ-Protein powder

of olive oil

Black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1
Grate the beetroots and carrots and remove excess moisture.

Step 2
Combine with the other ingredients, apart from the oil.

Step 3
Shape 4 patties (about 100 g each). Season the patties with black pepper. In a pan, fry in oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat until browned.

Step 4
Serve with your favourite burger buns and sauces.
