of pitted dates, cut into thin pieces

of oats

of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)

of vanilla extract

of chia seeds

of Berthelet Professional 100% plant based EZ-Protein powder

60 ml

of apple juice


Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 2
Using your hands, shape the mixture into balls (golf ball-sized). Makes about 8 energy balls, depending on the size. Each energy ball contains 3 g of protein.

Tip: An ideal morning or late afternoon snack.
