Our Alfredo sauce is formulated to make a smooth white cheese sauce with a tangy parmesan flavour. Simple and quick to cook, it is perfect to accompany pasta, poultry or even fish.
Sugars (maltodextrin, glucose solids), Modified milk ingredients, Cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, calcium chloride, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, powdered cellulose), Modified corn starch, Vegetable oil, Salt, Yeast extracts, Monosodium glutamate, Xanthan gum, Citric acid, Natural flavor, Garlic powder, Palm oil, Mono- and diglycerides, Carrageenan.

To 500 mL (2 cups) of cold milk, add 160 g (5. 6 oz) (approximately 1 ½ cups) of sauce mix, mix well. Add mixture to 500 mL (2 cups) of hot milk. Over medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes and serve.
