Our Bearnaise sauce is tasty and easy to prepare. Spinkled with herbs, it has the taste and aroma of tarragon which goes wonderfully with fish.

Skim milk powder, whey powder, modified corn starch, dextrose, wheat flour, hydrolyzed corn protein, canola oil, salt, citric acid, xanthan gum, spices, onion powder, ground turmeric, dehydrated parsley, caramel powder (sulphites).

Over low heat, melt 400 g (approx. 2 cups) of salted butter or margarine. Add 200 g (7 oz) (approx. 1 cup) of sauce mix, mix well. Add 800 mL (3 ¼ cups) of cold water and mix once more. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes and serve.
