To 250 mL (1 cup) of cold milk, add 75 g (2. 6 oz) (approx. 2/3 cup) of soup base, mix well. Add mixture to 750 mL (3 cups) of boiling water. Bring back to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes and serve.
